Summary

  • add a self-contained Markdown email draft for Paul
  • keep the vanilla-OpenCode-first warning prominent
  • include essential controls, permission guidance, and the tested Kimi connector prompt
  • link the detailed onboarding guide and Cam config repository

Verification

  • markdown structure lint passed with email-specific subject and line-length rules disabled
  • secret and machine-path scan returned no matches
